4. Pricing & Payments

5. Custom Orders
Due to the custom nature of many products:
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
- Any modifications requested after order approval may result in additional charges and extended timelines.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Martin Sign Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Non-custom products may be eligible for return subject to approval.
- Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported promptly after delivery.
